The WordCamp Vancouver sponsorship section is now open. If you’re a business that would like to be a part of WordCamp Vancouver, we’d definitely love to have you on board as a sponsor. Sponsorship allows us to keep ticket prices low, and appeal to a larger audience. Plus, we get to ramp the event up with each new sponsor, hopefully adding a fun social and maybe a few surprises to the mix.

We were already asked by Lorraine Murphy and we (I) already said yes. Our coworking space which is suitable for events in excess of 100 people is available for this. We once sponsored Drupal Camp but our funding was never that large, we could donate space, bandwidth, and possibly even some staff time for coordinating and promoting the event.
We’re hosting Net Tuesday in April and we have an art installation downstairs now, but just Google coworking@BOB to see our modest effort to partially offset the loss of Workspace.
